Children are a blessing from اللہ, the Exalted, and only those who are deprived of children truly understand this pain. According to research, infertility is a medical issue, and sometimes the problem lies with the man and sometimes with the woman. However, most men are not even willing to accept that the fault may be theirs; they neither undergo medical checkups nor seek treatment, and instead place the entire blame on the woman. Rather than doing this, both men and women should get medical checkups, and if any deficiency exists, they should seek treatment.
I have also seen some people who do not want children at all, and their excuse is that they cannot afford them yet. My question to them is: if your parents had thought the same way and had not given birth to you, wouldn’t that have been “better”? When the Creator of the universe اللہ has written your sustenance, He will also provide sustenance for your children, for He is the ultimate Provider.
In my view, such questions should not be asked of any spiritual healer; instead, one should directly consult a doctor. Nevertheless, the question exists, and a method for answering it also exists. Therefore, the questioner asked, “Is there a child in my destiny or not?” and for this question, a chart is presented.

In the first house, figure
appears. The presence of this form indicates that the questioner is suffering from continuous worries. Whatever she does, she does not achieve success.
According to the principle, if any of the figures
or
appears in the fifth house, then the questioner will have children; otherwise, not.
Now you might think that since none of these figures has appeared in the fifth house, it means the questioner will not have children—but this is absolutely not the case.
The knowledge of Ilm-e-Ramal (geomancy) is not merely about looking at the figures; its true essence lies in deriving answers by examining the finer details.
We also have a method called Zarab-e-Ashkaal (multiplication of figures).
First, we will derive the result of the figures of the first and fifth houses.
Then, we will derive the result of the figures of the sixth and seventh houses.
After that, we will multiply both results together to obtain a final result.
Observe the result of multiplying the first and fifth houses.
x
= ![]()
Observe the result of multiplying the sixth and seventh houses.
x
= ![]()
Now look at the final form obtained from both results.
x
= ![]()
The resulting figure is
Nasrat-ul-Dakhil, which is a minor benefic (Sa‘d-e-Asghar).
Therefore, the answer is that the questioner will have children.
If we wish to determine whether the illness is in the man or the woman, then:
-
If the figure
Tariq appears in the first house, it means the man needs treatment. -
If this figure
appears in the eighth house, it means the woman needs treatment.
I request all such people not to lose hope and to place their trust in Allah’s (bestowal). He is All-Knowing and All-Aware. He gives, and He alone is the Giver.
