In the times we are living in, employment has become a serious problem. In the past, a degree was enough; later, experience was demanded as well. But now, along with education, it is essential to have a practical skill. We are passing through an era where competition is constantly increasing—especially when hundreds of people are standing in line for a single vacancy. Even if someone does have a job, salaries are so low in this inflation that saving money becomes nearly impossible. The need of the hour is to keep ourselves updated with the times so that by learning new skills we can continue to earn an income. My advice has always been to start a business—even if it is small, you should definitely run some kind of business. In a job, you earn money for someone else, whereas in your own business, you are your own boss.
Such questions come up frequently: I have been unemployed for a long time and haven’t found a job, or I’ve given interviews but received no response. These questions are examined in many ways, and sometimes the fault also lies with the seeker themselves. Nevertheless, today we are going to look for the answer to this question.
The principle for obtaining the answer is that the result of the multiplication of the Sixth House and the Tenth House is examined. If the outcome is Nahis Kharij (inauspicious outgoing), then a job will not be obtained. If it is Saad Dakhil or Saad Kharij, the job comes quickly. With Saad Munqalib, employment is obtained after repeated rejections, while with Saad Sabit, a job comes after delay. However, if the result is Nahis Dakhil, the person gets a job but is eventually dismissed.

We therefore draw a chart to see whether the seeker will get a job or not. According to the rules, the seeker’s Ascendant must first be examined. In the seeker’s Ascendant, the figure Saad Kharij is present, which is associated with the Leo and the planet Sun. This is then multiplied with the form of the Tenth House.

The result of the multiplication of the forms of the Sixth and Tenth Houses is Farah, which is Saad Asghar and Munqalib, and is associated with the Libra and the planet Venus. Therefore, the seeker was told that after repeated rejections, he would eventually secure a job.
In Ilm-e-Raml (geomancy), such questions are examined with great precision—for example, whether the person ever had a job, and if so, why they were dismissed; what the reasons are behind not being employed now; which field would be better for employment; or, if a job is obtained, what the chances of promotion are.
Every question must be analyzed carefully while keeping its context in mind, and this is what is called true guidance.
